  The experience was about as easy as it could be. The cost was fair for the product. The dryer has been running continuously since January and I have had no issues with it. I run an 80 gallon/3 HP compressor in the humidity of South Louisiana and it keeps up perfectly. Great customer service!

  Bought an HG50 in July 2020. It arrived promptly and we installed the unit. It does remove the water from the air. It is very noisy compared to the previous dryer. Asked Matt about this, he claimed it is normal. The auto drain valve broke in the first month and I informed Matt. He claimed to take care of it and we would receive a new valve. Never got a new valve. Requested a return of the HG50. Said it would happen right away. Still no information 2+ weeks later. Would not recommend buying from this company.
