  Great Product, we run our air compressor 24/5. We originally purchase our High Pressure Air Compressor about 12 years ago. Since we purchase the unit we replace the 5 HP or 7.5 HP Piston/Two Stage Air Compressor Pump 175 PSI with Flywheel | 1105 (2) two times. I just purchase another for spare when this one wears out.

  After about 3 months, we started experiencing a huge amount of oil carry over that was getting into our tank and through the dryer. After several visits by the local Quincy service center, the problem is still ongoing. It's like putting a band aid on the problem. Tried dealing with Quincy corporate with no luck. I will be insisting on a new compressor to replace this one. Just a bad experience. Fortunately, it has happened while under warranty but I need clean air now.

  We needed to build a portable air purifier skid to handle transformer work on the oil derrick tanks that we monitor and test. An air purifier combined with this Quincy compressor and additional filtration makes for a great system meeting all OSHA requirements. Had a slight sensor glitch at start up but called in to Compressor World who suggested we check the connections and wires that may get bounced during delivery and sure enough, a quick fix. Great customer service. Recommend both the Quincy brand and Compressor World.

  We've purchased serveral piston compressors from the ""well known"" industrial distributors. Even our recent 7.5HP piston version was described as professional but it was rediculously loud and lasted only 8 months before is died. For the daily user... spend the money and get rotary screw. Assuming this unit lasts the years expected, it will be worth it.We thought we had a small oil leak and Matt visited to investigate. The system should not be shutdown under load, so a power outage we had soon after installation may have resulted in oil getting backpressured and vented out some filter. While these systems need to be shutdown in a specific sequence, sometimes you cant avoid power outage. Not thrilled about that, but Matt assured me there was no damage.

  Our compressor seems to be working pretty well so far. We own a Bystronic laser cutting system used to cut metal plates along with an automatic loading and unloading system. The ordering experience was awesome and very easy but this is our first time to buy a compressor so we had a few issues trying to figure out who to contact to help us out with service issues.   You know, I sometimes forget how important reviews can be and it isn��t often that I feel very strongly about doing them. Our purchase and communication with your team is one of those times where I absolutely would like to take a few moments to show our appreciation. Our compressor is one of the top 3 best purchases we have made for our business. Our Quincy Compressor is working beautifully and is extremely quiet. The unit is inside the shop with us and has never been a noise issue. Other businesses in our building come over just to hear how quiet it is. Our air demand can sometimes be pretty extensive and we have never had a lag in clean/dry/constant air. We are a custom cabinetry and millwork shop. Our space is 7000sqft and this compressor easily supplies the entire shop with constant air. We have (6) workstations with air supply, a spray booth with an air assisted airless pump, (4) pieces of machinery that require constant air pressure and numerous air sanders and nail guns. We woul

  Our shopping and ordering experience was good.�� The people we spoke with were knowledgeable and helpful. The unit in now working fine and doing what we need it to. It replaced and old 25HP IR piston unit. We supplement the Quincy as needed with a 10HP IR when we are doing sandblasting. Our business is a combination auto-body and mechanical repair shop. We would judge it to be a total of 16 stalls. I am satisfied with the overall experience. the purchasing part went well, but after that I tried to get pricing on supplies such as filters and oil. That part did not go well. I had to make several follow up calls because the sales people did not get back to me as promised. The pricing on supplies was comparable to what I can get from a local supplier but the service from Compressor World was very poor compared to local. I would check with you again if I were looking to purchase another compressor and I would recommend you to others for purchases also but I would not recommend you for servi

We had a rocky road w/ the first compressor, I'm thinking that it was a combo of just a lemon and the service co. out here, on your part your co. always tried to help and went the extra mile, but at the end the other compressor just wasn't worth putting anymore money into. Thats why we decided to purchase a new one and I felt your co. came to the table understood my situation and gave us a good price and helped us out w/ terms and a speedy delivery which I appreciated.   This compressor is located on top of a mezzanine and provides air to 4 swiss screw machines, 4 stamping presses, 6 workstations and a number of handheld tools simultaneously. The fast recovery time, and built in tank have no issues keeping up with our workday. The machine is quieter than a vacuum and that was a primary concern for a 9 hour workday. There is little maintenance on this machine - being rotary screw there are no wearing parts - no belts - and the lubricant lasts for 8,000 hours.The only regret that I have is not purchasing this unit with the built in dryer. I ended up adding one soon after purchase.Compressor World was fantastic for recommending this after I gave them my requirements. Steve and Dave have been very helpful with any other items or questions I have had.

  The unit is running perfect. Very easy to install, and the manual was very precise in its description as far as set up and operating procedure. The unit is very quiet and I was going to build a room to keep it in for noise reasons, but after hooking it up and hearing it run, I opted to not build the room around it. There is no need. My Bridgeport machining mill is louder than the compressor so that when I am machining I cannot even tell the compressor is running, and it is only about 5 feet away from me at the time. The compressor is used in my custom fabrication and machining shop, it runs my fluidizer bed for parts dipping, air tools, and an industrial sand blaster, and all at the same time; all with seemingly no effort and with no drop in air pressure. Very satisfied, and the shipping was extremely fast. I would not shop anywhere else the next time I need an air compressor.

  You know, I sometimes forget how important reviews can be and it isn’t often that I feel very strongly about doing them. Our purchase and communication with your team is one of those times where I absolutely would like to take a few moments to show our appreciation. Our compressor is one of the top 3 best purchases we have made for our business. Our Quincy Compressor is working beautifully and is extremely quiet. The unit is inside the shop with us and has never been a noise issue. Other businesses in our building come over just to hear how quiet it is. Our air demand can sometimes be pretty extensive and we have never had a lag in clean/dry/constant air. We are a custom cabinetry and millwork shop. Our space is 7000sqft and this compressor easily supplies the entire shop with constant air. We have (6) workstations with air supply, a spray booth with an air assisted airless pump, (4) pieces of machinery that require constant air pressure and numerous air sanders and nail guns.

  Our shopping and ordering experience was good.  The people we spoke with were knowledgeable and helpful. The unit in now working fine and doing what we need it to. It replaced and old 25HP IR piston unit. We supplement the Quincy as needed with a 10HP IR when we are doing sandblasting. Our business is a combination auto-body and mechanical repair shop. We would judge it to be a total of 16 stalls. I am satisfied with the overall experience. the purchasing part went well, but after that I tried to get pricing on supplies such as filters and oil. That part did not go well. I had to make several follow up calls because the sales people did not get back to me as promised. The pricing on supplies was comparable to what I can get from a local supplier but the service from Compressor World was very poor compared to local. I would check with you again if I were looking to purchase another compressor and I would recommend you to others for purchases also but I would not recommend you for

  The unit is working great, we already had to have Larry come in and replace a gasket that was leaking air, but overall, the unit is quiet and does the job.  We are a granite fabrication company, so there is a lot of dust, but so far everything is good.  I would rate the compressor a 4 and your company a 5.  The compressor was delivered very promptly and we were only without one for 4 days.
