Description

The Leybold NEO D Series Two-Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is designed for industrial and analytical applications. Its smooth and quiet operation, along with lower emissions, make it an ideal choice for processes that depend on continuous vacuum. 

NEO D pumps are double-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pumps. Oil is injected into the pump chamber for sealing, lubrication, and cooling, and is recycled from the oil reservoir and filtered. The lubrication system allows continuous operation at high intake pressures, making the NEO D pumps versatile to pump from the atmosphere down to ultimate pressure. The oil carried with the process gas is separated in the oil box and then in the integrated exhaust filters where the fine oil mist is trapped. The separating system lowers exhaust emissions and delivers a cleaner working environment, free of oil mist (≤1 ppm).
