Kaishan KRSL Series Low Pressure Rotary Screw Air Compressor

The Kaishan KRSL Series low pressure rotary screw air compressor is a fully packaged unit that is ready to be plugged into any system or can operate independently. The KRSL Series comes equipped with Kaishan's patented SKYv airend, enabling the compressor to perform in a wide range of applications with varying demands. The variable discharge port achieves maximum efficiency by adjusting internal compression ratio, allowing the compressor to effectively handle applications ranging from 25 to 45 PSIG. This feature, combined with the SKF bearings, results in improved efficiency, consistent airflow, reduced noise levels, a smaller overall footprint, and a lower total cost of ownership throughout the lifespan of the compressor. 

The KRSL Series features the MAM-200 digital control panel. This unit protects compressor in the event of a fault, provides service required alerts, allows for sequencing of up to 16 compressors, and provides external monitoring through the RS 485 interface. The KRSL also has increased cooling efficiency with an integrated after cooler and cooling fans that bring the approach temperature to 14°F (10°C). The 3-stage tangential oil separation is optimized for higher flow and lower pressure with minimal pressure drop and 3 PPM carryover.
