Description

The Mattei OPTIMA Series rotary vane compressor is designed specifically to meet the needs of a production that is energy efficient. Equipped with an inverter, the OPTIMA Series ensures energy savings up to 35% in comparison with other rotary compressors. The compact design and small footprint allow installation in confined and tight spaces. The large hinged doors and easily removable panels allow complete accessibility for all maintenance and service operations. The OPTIMA Series is coated with epoxy powders that are resistant to both corrosion and scratches. 

The OPTIMA Series features an optimized cooling system. The included energy-saving electric fan that is connected to the inverter regulates the cooling air flow depending on the machine oil temperature. Maintenance is limited to changing the oil at scheduled intervals, cleaning or changing the air filter, and cleaning the radiator. 

The OPTIMA Series is equipped with Maestro XS electronic controller as standard. This controller makes it possible to control, monitor, and program the compressor's operation. The unit can also be controlled remotely via a PC connection.
