The Mattei BLADE 4-11 Series rotary vane air compressor comes equipped with IE3 class energy saving electric motors which feature a very low rotation speed. The lower speed results in greater reliability, lower energy consumption, and quiet operation. This makes it the ideal solution for small and medium-sized companies as well as small craft businesses.

The BLADE 4-11 Series requires minimum maintenance. The motor-compressor transmission is carried out through a double high-efficiency v-belt, whose tension is ensured by a sliding tensioning system. This feature minimizes belt wear, extends its service life and facilitates maintenance operations.

The BLADE 4-11 Series compressors are equipped with two aluminum radiators that allow for efficient oil and compressed air cooling. Cooling is an important element of compressed air production process, as it contributes to increasing the efficiency of the system and its reliability. The included multi-stage air-oil separation allows the production of top air quality with very low oil residues. The integrated oil separation system ensures a content of residual oil less than 3 mg/m³.

The BLADE 4-11 Series is equipped with a Maestro XB electronic controller as standard. This allows for constant monitoring of oil temperature, line pressure, and the enable, operation, and load hours.

    We had a loud, clunky box store piston unit that was not doing its job keeping up with our 4 setting machines. Made the move to the Mattie rotary vane and could not be happier. It provides more air than we are use to, is quiet and having it in the modulation setting allows us to match our machine's production times. Very happy with it and appreciate the follow up. Will recommend you guys to others.

    The compressor runs great and we are happy with it. Had an early issue with it turning off but it turned out to be our electric system tripping it so we are happy that it has built in protection and that it did not harm the machine. Great experience with Compressor World. Good overall experience.
