Description

The Atlas Copco DD+ Oil Coalescing Industrial Compressor Filter reduces contaminants of solid particles under wet conditions and oil aerosols in compressed air streams that may arise from lubrication of the compressor element, intake air, and/or the compressor installation itself. The filtration element uses glass fiber and foam media, and is designed to provide low pressure losses. The device also includes stainless steel cores, double O-rings, epoxy sealed caps, and anti-corrosive coated filter housing. 

The inPASS bypass option is also available for all models. The built-in bypass can be used to reroute the air during filter service to ensure an uninterrupted air flow, allowing for service during working hours, reduced maintenance time as the air system will not need to be shut down, lower leakage risk, and elimination of a need for an external piping bypass.

The DD+ Oil Coalescing Filter is qualified according to the ISO 8573-1:2007 standard. This qualification is a result of the ISO 12500-1:2007 test method. Tests have been conducted in-house as well as in external labs, and are independently validated by TÜV.
