The Powerex Enclosed Scroll Air Compressor System's main bearings are housed in durable cast iron instead of aluminum, preventing fretting and premature failure of the bearing race. The patented bearing re-grease feature has been improved to allow maintenance from the front side of the pump, reducing service time. 

As the scroll orbits, a crescent-shaped cavity is gradually reduced, compressing the air and exhausting it through the final discharge point at the center. During operation, all the gas passages are in various stages of compression at all times, resulting in nearly continuous compression and discharge.

Each compressor pump is automatically staged on/off individually based on actual system demand. Lead compressor status will alternate every time a pump is called for -- or every 10 minutes, whichever comes first -- maintaining equal run hours and extending maintenance intervals.

Each system is packaged in a rigid steel frame with powder coated panels and lined with sound-deadening insulation.

    We are gradually bringing our facility on line and which each new addition to the demand on the system (Powerex compressor and Nano desiccant dryer), everything is working as it should. Great appreciation of the knowledge of the team at Compressor World to make sure the system was right for our needs. Support has been great with timely responses to questions and requests for documentation.     We are very happy with the Powerex compressor, desiccant dryer, and tank that we purchased for our lab. Matt Murphy was very helpful in putting together a system that is used in many companies like ours and it is working very well. Overall things went well but we could have used more detailed instructions on the installation of the equipment. We did call in and was provided some information but not as detailed as we would have liked for such a complex set up. We did figure it out but may I suggest providing greater assistance. We would still recommend doing business with Compressor World.

    After a little trial and error on our part due to a unique application, I was able to work with Matt Murphy and go with the Powerex unit and a desiccant dryer that is perfect for our application. The oil free technology allows us to run the unit intermittently to match our irregular schedule. The customer support has been fantastic and we highly recommend working with Matt and the team at Compressor World for any compressor or vacuum project.

    Having a single source for all the equipment on a project was great and so convenient.     This is our 3rd Powerex package that we have bought from Compressor World. One of our water treatment facilities was destroyed by the wildfires and we were in desparate need of replacement equipment. We had been using large, loud piston units but one call into Compressor World brought us the scroll systems and we will never go back. Matt Murphy was phenomenal and did leaps and bounds to make sure that not only we got the essential equipment but all of the necessary fittings and hoses unique to our operations. The systems work great and we will be forever loyal to Matt and the team at Compressor World.

    The system is beautiful. I cannot thank you guys enough for this. Tom went above and beyond my expectations and did a fabulous job not only installing it but also "cleaning" the plumbing but also removing unnecessary equipment that was not needed.
