The NUAIR Polar Series Variable Speed Rotary Screw Air Compressor is a oil lubricated direct drive compressor that is available in 10 to 60 HP models (75 and 100 HP models available on request). The direct drive transmission means that the motor shaft is coaxial to the male rotor of the air end, which means less wear on components, less need for maintenance, and quieter operation compared to belt drive transmissions. This design, in combination with IE3 motors, guarantees superior efficiency and reliability.
