Edit OZEN OANG-PRO Pressure Swing Adsorption Nitrogen Generator Tech Specs

Description

The OZEN OANG-PRO Pressure Swing Adsorption Nitrogen Generator is designed for the on-site production of nitrogen gas, which is used in many fields, from food packaging to laser cutting, electronics to chemistry, and the pharmaceutical industry. Onsite nitrogen production helps reduce operating costs while increasing productivity.

The OANG-PRO consists of two tanks, one of which contains a Carbon Molecule Sieve (CMS) as an adsorbent, a valve group, air filters, a pressure regulator, and another tank for storage and balancing. The CMS is located in the tank and keeps the oxygen and water vapor molecules in its pores to produce a nitrogen gas of 95% to 99.999% purity.

Applications

  • Food and Beverage
  • Electronics - Soldering
  • Metal Fabrication - Laser Cutting
  • Plastics
  • Chemical Industry
  • Prevent or Reduce the risk of fire and combustion
