Hertz EAGLE Series Oil Free Rotary Screw Compressor

The Hertz EAGLE Series is a line of oil-free, fixed speed rotary screw compressors with power options between 50 and 430 HP (37 to 315kW) available. These compressors can be used in sensitive industries where strict hygiene is crucial, such as food and pharmaceuticals. The venturi design aids against rapid pressure fluctuations and high-frequency vibrations. The compressors contains a soundproofed canopy and electrostatic coated canopy components for corrosion resistance. The capacity ranges between 170 to 1720 CFM, depending on pressure applied and model selection (please see the datasheet for more details).

The EAGLE Series contains a two-stage screw block and a bearing system that ensures a vibration-free operation. The specially coated, stainless steel rotors. 2in NPT connections are available for power options 50 to 125 HP, 3in ANSI flange B16.5 connections are available for power options 150 to 250 HP, and the 4in ANSI flange connections are available for models 270 to 430 HP. The compressors are equipped with a two-stage pre-cooler system made of stainless steel pipes and fins. The aftercooler contains an aluminum bar and plate system. The panel filter is washable and the cooling system is designed for ease of maintenance and cleaning.
