Description

The Pneumatech PB Series Blower Purge Desiccant Dryer features a low pressure drop of 2.9 psid or less, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. The dryer is housed in a NEMA 4 enclosure and features ASME and NB registered vessels, adhering to industry standards for safety and quality.

The unit is capable of delivering -40°F pressure dew point (-100°F PDP available as an option), ensuring dry and high-quality compressed air for various applications. The tower inlet and outlet are equipped with removable stainless steel screens for easy maintenance and protection against contaminants.

The PB 850-3400 Standard Base Unit is equipped with high-quality valves, including butterfly switching valves with Viton seat, cast iron body, and 304 stainless steel disc, as well as check valves with carbon body, 316 stainless steel disc, and Viton seats. Full flow, soft seat pressure relief valves are also incorporated into the system for added protection.

The Purelogic Control system is a standard feature on all PB dryers, offering advanced functionality and monitoring capabilities. It includes remote start/stop, a web interface for read-only status monitoring, integral timers, user-adjustable PDP settings, auto restart after voltage failure, event history logging, service reminders, run/stop schedule timers, password security settings, and support for multiple languages. The control system is also compatible with ICONS, enabling seamless integration with existing monitoring and control systems.
