Description

The FS-Curtis CF Series is a line of compressed air filters with seven grade options available: oil vapor removal (grade 1), ultra high-efficiency oil removal (grade 3), high-efficiency oil removal (grade 5), dry particulate air line (grade 6), general purpose air line (grade 7), separator/filter (grade 9), and moisture separator (grade 11). The filters are designed with a matrix blended fiber to improve capture rate. The push-on element features aids in element replacement and the low resistance to flow provides extra strength.

Additionally, this filtration series features a piston type element to housing seal to keep unfiltered air from by-passing the element. The chemically resistant end caps are bound to the media with a formulated adhesive. The coated, closed-cell foam sleeves resists chemical attacks from oils and acids. The CF series ensures efficiencies by preventing the re-entrainment of coalesced liquids. The filters are silicone free and are suitable for application involving plant air, instrument air, and medical air environments.
